I crafted Catapult's creative vision, Feel/Do, which informs all briefs, concepts and creative. In our fracturing media landscape, every touch point must inspire an appropriate emotion AND compel a relevant and measurable action. To inspire emotion without compelling action, or vice versa, accomplishes nothing. Feel/Do is in the veins of the organization, from employee orientation, to the web site, in pitch decks, on the walls and on our backs.
