2018 GOLD REGGIE WINNER
America’s snacking football fans fall into one of two rival passion groups: those who love college football, and those who prefer the pros. We wanted to know which football day ruled. And that’s how we invented "Saturday vs. Sunday: Voice Your Choice."
Desmond Howard, Heisman Trophy winner and Super Bowl MVP, was our program spokes-athlete. He got the national debate rolling in-store, in social media and broadcast.
A sweeps for $10,000 in football tickets to their favorite team sweetened the pot for fans.
We received over one million sweeps entries, more than 14 million impressions and saw a 5% YOY increase in sales volume during Cheez-Its' most important sales season.
"Saturday vs. Sunday" was win/win.
